Meeting and webinar capacity

Zoom-powered meetings and webinars, delivered through our applications

Organisations use our conferencing platforms and API to run meetings and webinars on the Zoom infrastructure. Their users never create or manage Zoom accounts; capacity is allocated by our software from an enterprise Zoom environment that Medion7 operates.

What a meeting includes

  • Up to 1,000 participants per meeting
  • Webinar mode for large audiences
  • H.323 / SIP room systems and phone dial-in
  • Cloud recording with retention under your control
  • Live streaming to external platforms
  • Attendance, polls and service-rating reports

How it works

Three ways to get capacity

01

Use one of our platforms

An e:Presence-style conferencing platform configured for your organisation: your branding, your identity provider, your policies. Users schedule and join from there.

02

Integrate through our API

Your existing application, LMS or portal calls our conference gateway to create rooms, meetings and recurring series. We provide a PHP SDK and REST documentation.

03

Managed webinars and events

For conferences, public consultations and training events, we set up registration, run the session and deliver recordings and attendance reports.

Why organisations choose this

Capacity that follows actual use

No account administration

Nobody in your organisation creates, licenses or deprovisions Zoom users. Access follows your identity provider, and people who leave lose access automatically.

Seats sized to real demand

Our gateway allocates accounts per meeting and recycles idle named users, so a modest pool covers peaks across many departments.

Proven in the public sector

The same mechanism has served the Greek academic community and public administration for years, with security audits and GDPR-aware data handling.

One contract, one contact

Platform, capacity, support and reporting come from one supplier in Athens, with invoicing and documentation suited to public procurement.

A note on Zoom licensing

Medion7 does not resell Zoom licenses or subscriptions. We only provide services that use the Zoom infrastructure through our own applications and APIs.
