Built on the Zoom API

Conferencing platforms with Zoom underneath and your rules on top

Zoom provides the meeting engine. We provide everything an institution needs around it: who can schedule, how licenses are shared, how people sign in, what gets recorded and what gets reported.

One gateway, many applications

Our conference gateway exposes rooms, meetings, series and participants over a REST API and allocates Zoom accounts from a shared pool the moment a meeting starts.

No Zoom accounts for your users

People schedule and join from your platform. Federated login through Shibboleth or TaxisNet, attendance tracking and reports stay on your side.

Seat optimisation built in

Named users are created on demand and recycled when idle, so a pool of licenses serves far more moderators than its seat count.

Medion7 does not resell Zoom licenses or subscriptions. We only provide services that use the Zoom infrastructure through our own applications and APIs.

A scheduled videoconferencing service for universities and research institutes, built on the Zoom API. Institutions, departments and users are managed in one hierarchy, with federated login through the academic identity federation.

Greek public administration

The public-administration edition of e:Presence. Civil servants sign in with their TaxisNet credentials, administrators are verified against the civil-servant registry, and guests without a Greek tax number can still be invited to meetings.
